I love both directors dearly, but this seems gimmicky, like Van Zandt's Psycho remake.

First thing Hitch would do, I think, is change the title to something snappier.

its a clever joke...and a fine commercial...love the handkerchief,music and marie saint lookalike...also it was van sant not the guy from the sopranos who directed the psycho remake

I'll be damned. I didn't realize it was a commercial ;% I only watched the first couple minutes, but I assume it's for champagne. Ten minutes is a pretty long commercial; I do realize the Psycho remake director and the Bruce Springsteen's guitar player are not the same guy. Just can't spell his name.
