Looks like another outlet running with the same quote:

The title for Daniel's second outing as 007 - which follows on directly from the events of Casino Royale - is yet to be revealed. The handsome Brit dropped hints about it, however, while promoting his latest film, fantasy adventure The Golden Compass.
"It's more of a number," revealed the Chester-born actor. "Because the first movie dealt with him earning his 00 status, and now he is 007 for the first time".
The thing I hate is that I bet we get another really cringe worthy title, something that seems better suited to a Bond parody rather than a Bond movie.
You know what? I think that maybe we should have a bit more faith (not speaking to the anti-Craigers) that Eon will give us a good title. If they had the capacity to realize how crappy DAD was and completely revamp the whole thing.
That is in a way true. For the record, I was never crash hot about the Brosnan movies. The titles are a good example - Tomorrow Never Dies and Die Another Day. Both sound very action based, yes. But they sound alot like parodies of the genre. I didnt mind GoldenEye and I loved The World is not Enough - but both of those came from the mind of Ian Fleming.
I do have renewed faith in the producers after Casino Royale, but Im afraid that they will slip into old habits and make yet another DAD. Unlike those silly CraignotBond.com, I'll at least wait till the finnished product is being shown before I decide to hate it.
Ive got my fingers crossed to get the Hildebrand Rarity - sounds like the perfect item for Bond to be chasing down. And it sounds so enigmatic - unlike "Die Another Day".

I'm still hoping on 'Risico'.
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
