How much do you think it'll make? I think it'll make about $700million (Worldwide)
Comments
I guess that is very possible. CR grossed $587,607,184. So 700 million isn't to much of a strecth. It also depends on what other movies are scheduled to come out around the same time. I think it won't hit the 700 million mark. I think it'll top out at 600 million (Worldwide).

I too hope that Bond 22 brings in truck loads of cash. After all, I want to make sure that there's plenty of money left in the kitty to spend on Craig's successor. |)

A slight calculation of previous box office changes between each actor's first two films:
DN-FRWL: +32%
LALD-TMWTGG: -40%
TLD-LTK: -18%
GE-TND: -3%
...all of which counts up for an average drop of -7.25% so I'd predict Bond 22 to make $545 M internationally. But you know, we'll just wait and see...
My own confidence in Craig is unabated, and I'm loving his interpretation of the character. It's the script, direction, editing, etc that will tell the tale for me, regardless of box office take.

You might be right; undoubtedly HBP will keep #22 out of the #1 spot---if it makes its release date, which is far from a sure thing at this point...the last I'd heard, it was one of those imperiled by the ongoing WGA strike.
Strike aside, perhaps the two franchises share enough of a common audience that Potter might hurt Bond...but I'm not sure about that. I didn't know they shared the same release date ?:)
