Most and least evil villains

Obviously, all the Bond villains are evil. But which villain do you think is the most evil? And also, which villain is the least evil? We're talking main villains here, henchman and minor villains not included.

For most evil I would probably say Blofeld, simply because he has tried world domination on more than one occasion, as opposed to people like Stromberg/Drax, who, although incredibly evil, only had one main plan, whereas Blofeld had several. Honourable mentions to Stromberg, Drax, and Zorin.

For least evil I would say Scaramanga. He's just a paid assassin, therefore it's his job to kill. He only wants to kill Bond (and Hai Fat I guess), so not many people really. And that solex thing, I didn't see it as THAT villainous. Don't get me wrong though, the guy's still evil. Honourable mentions to Klebb, Kristatos, and Koskov.

What do you think? Who would ypu consider to be the most/least evil villains?

I have to agrre with Scaramanga as the least evil, although Le Chiffre deserves a mention.

Most evil I would nominate Hugo Drax. The man planned to kill every human being on the planet. Very evil indeed. Blofeld may have had many irons in the fire so to speak but his main motivation always seems to be money.

Drax wanted to be viewed as God, complete anihilation of the human race edges financial gain in my view.

The most obvious choice for most evil would be Drax, but due to the fact that his plan was so OTT for a 007 film I cannot list him as one of the most evil ones.

While still a GF ripoff, the plan Max Zorin had for monopolizing the microchip market by flooding silicon valley was somewhat plausible. That is why I list him as the most evil. He killed hundreds of men with a machine gun while laughing. He laughed before he fell to what he knew would be his death! He had no conscious and was pure evil! Also, the fact that the excellent actor Chris Walken portrayed him helped a lot.

Most of the SPECTRE guys, Goldfinger, and even Kananga were just in it for the money. 006 was quite evil after 007 "betrayed" him, but most of that was out of revenge. Most of these men, however, were at least a threat physically. They had great henchman, too.

The least evil ones were Kamal Khan, General Koskov, and Le Chiffre. They did not even present a physical threat in a fight and were all in it for the money.

Most Evil: Drax. complete destruction of the human race is pretty drastic.

Least Evil: Either Scaramanga, Koskov or Le Chiffre. They just don't strike me as THAT lethal. Hell..I (a 19 year old, girl...though stronger than I look) could have taken on Koskov and beaten him. )

There weren't many Bond villains that wouldn't be classified as evil. I'll agree about Koskov and Le Chiffre just because he annoyed me. Scaramanga was a hitman though, and while he wouldn't top the evil scale, I wouldn't put him at the least.

Kristatos was evil as well, but in a different way than the other villains.

of the elast evil i would probably plumb for Kristatos. He is a sleek villian, more on the make for whatever he can get than purely evil, his scheme is positively small fry when you compare it to Blofeld etc. In terms of most evil, where would I start? I guess Drax is right up there in the megalomania stakes, but does that make him evil, or just a complete nutcase? The villian who has the nastiest streak for me is Sanchez, but isnt he just a successful drug baron who happens to be a psychopath? I think if you are evil you have to be diabolic and have your head screwed on. Id go for Zorin; he isnt my favourite villian, but he's got everything is takes.

What about someone like Rosa Klebb - all she did was supervise!

And what about Kanaga - he certainly didnt have a very evil plan. "give drugs away for free!!!" Chances are in a 1970's movie - he'd be the hero!
