Danger Man DVDs

Has any Danger Man/Secret Agent fan here purchased the Network DVD set of that series? I was wondering what the companion book is like, and if the cost is worth the purchase as I alread have the complete, albeit inferior, A & E set.

I have only got the A&E box set of the early series, (the 30-minute show). I'd love to get the new box-set but HMV were pricing it at £80.

Amazon.co.uk sells it for 50 pounds, which is about the least amount you can find it for.

I'll wait a bit. The Return of the Saint box set initially sold for a similar price but you can pick that up for about £35 now. So by the end of this year hopefully the price will have dropped.

I hope the price doesn't go up. I wanted to buy the Prisoner DVD set, which was 32 pounds at HMV before Christmas, but then it was raised to 45 pounds afterwards, the swines!

I've been tempted to get the UK rerelease myself as the American complete set (30 min + 60 min. long episodes) lacks the extras that the former has. From what I've heard from my British DM friends, it's definitely worth it, although you can try to save money by selling your original DVD sets (if you have them).
