Do you mean the gunbarrel of Die Another Day? When the gun was fired, a bullet can be seen before the blood drips over the gunbarrel?

Hi, Sorry I didn't say it was a small jet plane that was called either Budweiser or Coors Silver Bullet.

Two "small" jets come to mind, the L-39 Albatross in Tomorrow Never Dies and the Acrostar Bede jet in Octopussy.

A quick check on google tells me that it was a Bede jet (whether the same one or a number of them I'm not sure), which appeared as the Budlight jet, the Coors Silver Bullet and the Pepsi Microjet.
