Life-sized busts - from which movie?

Hoping some of you experts can advise - Have been given 2 life-sized busts, one of Napoleon, one of Saladin. Am told they were cast at Pinewood Studios for a James Bond movie, but which one?
I know there was another of The Duke of Wellington which was sold ages ago. I believe they are part of a collection of Generals, seen set in alcoves, as the camera pans round the villains mansion. Would be great fun to finally know which movie they're from.
ps - they're cast out of some resin/plaster material.
