Bond's first kill

I know in the book CR it's in New York's UN building and in Stockholm for the second one.

In the film, the second kill is in Prague, that's right isn't it? But where is the first, messier kill located (aside from a public washroom)?

I heard it was at a Cricket game. I don't recall where. I've also heard more of the scene was filmed before it was cut into a flashback sequence. Hopefully the alleged über version DVD of Casino Royale will have it on there. It may finally settle the P99/PPK debate of what Bond was carrying.

Yeah, there were shots of them filming outside the pavillion (at Eton I think it was, although it was set in Pakistan), and other shots of behind the scenes stuff which show a lot more of the fight being filmed.
I don't think there's any debate is there? It's a PPK.
