That Hancock film looks awful* by the the trailer I've seen of it, only worse than the dreadful Scary movie superhero spoof also being trailed.
Following what apparently has become an unwritten Karmic Law, I thought that it looks to be quite a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to it As it's a Columbia Picture, this seems the most likely place for a QoS trailer** to show up.

The trailer is ready, and some industry people have seen it - EON will have to hope that those employed at such places are not going to behave illegally or in an unprofessional manner and attempt to get a copy of it to leak via the internet, a la The Dark Knight.

That would be terrible. ) Seriously Eon, give us a trailer already.
FOUND IT!
Thanks for that Spectre7, someone has put it on YouTube! Not great quality, but it's good enough for me. So glad the wait is over. Now all we need is the official hi-res version from Eon. I recon after this it will be any day now.

I don't f*****g believe this!
Why has it been removed? It was there - I saw it. Grainy and shaky but it WAS THERE!
What happened?
Well what was it like then?

Not sure why you're thanking me, I would rather not be introduced to the trailer via a crap camcorder recording on YouTube, but that's my point - camcorder recordings of the trailers for The Dark Knight and Indiana Jones were posted on YouTube before official release so I don't know why EON reportedly want to wait until July to debut the trailer because it will surely be leaked by someone, and it looks like that has indeed happened.
Unless what I just watched on Youtube is not what is being referenced in this thread, IMO, it may be a fake, albeit a very good fake. I may be completely wrong, but I thought I may have spotted some shots from other Craig films and a bit too much from CR. But again, I could be dead wrong. If it is a fake, kudos to whoever put it together.
Howard, the one you watched was certainly a fake. Well done, but certainly not the official one and I don't think it is the one being discussed on this thread.
Please dont take this the wrong way but surely if you are telling us that you watched this so called trailer for QOS & you watched clips of craig from old craig films...IE: layer-cake etc...surely alarm bells should have been ringing that this was indeed a FAKE....I think it might be best we all just wait for the Official realease from EON rather then making pointless threads that link to nonsense !!!:))

Two different people, abc. It was Strangeways who saw what he believes is the real thing, Howard B who commented on a fan made video.
There is one exceptionally well-made fake trailer cut together with footage from TV previews of QOS that almost had me fooled, if it wasn't for whoever made it throwing in a couple of scenes from Layer Cake and using one shot that clearly had the film crew in it.

Yes I saw that one too, it was very good.
I just want the real one now!

I'm actually relieved I was watching a fake. It's amazing what can be cobbled together on a computer by someone with some talent and skill. I must admit, it had me going at first. If they would have made it shorter, like a true "teaser" trailer it would have been even more convincing.
I certainly don't want my first experience of the trailer to be a dodgy YouTubed camcorder version of the trailer, which is why I hope EoN aren't beaten by a sub-par leaked version.

I loved watching the CR teaser in French (I don't speak the language, so I had no idea what was going on), it was exciting to get in on the ground floor. I wouldn't mind seeing a grainy video of QoS teaser either, as long as I see it soon!

Agree. Seeing it a bit removed like that also helps with keeping that much more mystery to it all, rather not know too much. A taste is fine.
okay chaps, this might be it, but I'm not sure. I found it on a sister website connected to Hancock, but to be honest I don't really want to watch it on You Tube (going to see hancock at the cinema's so that I can watch QoS trailer on a big screen first.)
I'd only visit that site if you want all sorts of nasties downloaded onto your PC.
really? My hubby is a bit of a computer geek, and he is very warey of dodgy sites (he writes his own web pages and hosts stuff for his work) and he watched the hancock trailer without any "this site is unsafe, blahh, blahh" but fair doo's and I respect your opinion. I'm just intrigued to see if it really is the trailer.

Breach of copyright presumably. It should resurface. Though if Eon would just stop torturing us and give us the official trailer.

If it's not, and I've wasted your time, sorry, but I just don't want to ruin it for when I see it next month {:)
