Ebay are currently hosting a live auction of props and memorabilia. I strongly urge anyone bidding on some of these items to do their homework first. Here's an example...

A few of these items were obtained from the Profiles sale, where the provenance of the items was seemingly good, but they were not items that were anywhere near a film set. A good example was the Stembridge items. Right provenance, wrong items.

Sadly we've seen victims of this type of fraud before!
Always pays to know what you are buying and do some basic research first!
