I know this has been discussed many times, but did we ever confirm the maker of the suede chukka boots in the CR PTS and Nassau return? Lobb has been proposed as a maker several times for obvious reasons. However, if you watch the PTS, right after Bond smashes the contact's armed hand into the mirror to have him drop the gun, we see a close shot of the boot. It does not have the typical almond shape toe of a Lobb boot but a more pointed square shape instead. Also, the stitching for the boot sides does not match that rounded style of the Romsey, which has been referenced several times. Does anyone have a decisive answer for this boot?
