OHMSS wedding ring

Hello,

after watching OHMSS last night, I would like to know a bit more about the wedding ring.

I think, that I did read, that Charles de Temple has made a replica, but does anyone on the board have a pic from the replica or the real ring (I have seen the replica pic in the Christie's auction)

Has the real ring also been done in London? Where has it been sold etc.

I am hoping to find a trace like we have been able recently on the Octopussy Egg, which has been done for Asprey's

i studied this ring for a year solid researched into it its history design etc

had meeting with jewllery designers and custom jewllers and shops. all over glasgow .

I had a ring made for the mrs along the lines of the wedding ring - but it's not 100% accurate, just 100% bloody expensive

I will email pboth of you photos .. and a complete typed up doccuemnt which i made which goves great info etc. on the film and the ring ... and even the wedding dress tracy wore...

I did a bit more research and have found infos, that a replica from the ring has been done by Arts Galore in London for 10 shillings.

Hey, ASP9mm, judging from your pics, that I have recently seen in the TWINE tie thread, I suppose, that you have been around 15 back in 1969, so, maybe you are able to give us some first-hand-infos on this ?

I am surprised that your wife wanted one of these - as lets face it - the ring isn't something that you'd link to a long and happy marriage:))

My wife didn't even let me have We Have All The Time In The World played at our wedding - I think that she wanted to survive long enough to see the honeymoon!

I found that the best plan was to let my wife decide what James Bond bits were allowed into the wedding. Predominantly James Bond was relegated to the stag do, but We Have All the Time in the World was the song for our first dance...but without the arch-nemesis slaughtering of my wife when we drove away on California's PCH.
