I couldn't find a thread for this, so I'll start a new topic.
I'm confused at how Kerim Bay died in FRWL. We just see him and the assassin both dead - but how did they kill each other? Kerim seemed to be under control? Or was it Red Grant that killed both of them? Can anyone help?

Yes--Pedro Armendariz had terminal cancer. When he found out about it, Terence Young re-arranged the shooting schedule so all of Armendariz's scenes could be filmed, and Young himself doubled Armendariz in a few shots. After Armendariz finished filming he shot himself in the heart rather than endure a lengthy, agonizing death.
He put on a great performance in the film to say he was going through all that

Yeah, I just found that out when I watched the documentary on the DVD. Very sad to hear something like that.
And I think its a strong point that we dont see Grant kill them, it makes him much more threatening to see how he could confuse even Bond.
