Look what I found! Madagascar fabric!

Found it purely by luck. Saw a loosely similar printed shirt in a catalog that mentioned the fabric maker and just started looking. Found blue and red background in the same print but the right color took a couple of days.

I think I got the last three meters in the world not counting the special run. There may be more but it won't be found with a computer.

Believe me, the deal we're getting, given the retail cost I paid for this fabric, isn't bad at all. And I got a discount because it was the last they had.

Now I've just gotta figure out what to do with it.

Also, out of respect for the guys who financed our shirt order, I won't be giving any information about the maker. It wouldn't matter unless you wanted to have a run made anyway.

I'd like to echo Asp9mm here.

In this day and age, with copying now the norm (no I don't want to start that debate about imitation rolexs again! .. :s ) and a total lack of respect for those who actually create things, it's refreshing to find someone like Kittlemeier demonstrating integrity and honour.

    Thank you...

Got the fabric today. The fabric is so light and smooth, these shirts are gonna be very comfortable. I can now see why the fabric is so pricey. It feels delicate and strong at the same time. The closest thing I've got to compare it to are Egyptian cotton 2-ply six hundred thread count sheets that were several hundred dollars, but the fabric is even thinner and smoother than the sheets.

Ah, damn you. You are one lucky man. Did you find this in a store or on the net?

You are one lucky man indeed and the fact you know how the fabric is going to actually look and feel has defianately wiped out any doubts in my mind about purcahsing the shirt. Many thanks.
