    :o That's nice.
Besides the facts, that it's a "Quantum" pin, what's the story behind it?

I am not going to rush and buy props from the new film just yet give it a few weeks / months and ebay will be flooded with props from Quantum of solace

The Quantum pin is worn by the main villian you can see it in the photos released recently from filming in chillie .... and italy.

I know, but as far as I know our little ASP fan nurse.gif, there is something special about this particular pin. I asume, that he pulled it directly off from Dominic Greenes suit or so... vroom.gif

It's not for sale, just a reference for those who may want to make one.

There will be very very little Quantum props or production items to escape the studio this time around. Security was stepped up during Casino Royale and only a few items got out. Security is so tight around this latest production that anyone found trading in items is very likely to be prosecuted as trading in stolen goods. The control on set is higher than ever. This has come straight from Eon recently, so I doubt very much we'll see anything in terms of genuine props for sale unless released by Eon for auction or charity.

That is correct...props, wardrobe, and weapons all have greater "accountability" on this film and EON is watching for infractions.

That's going to be very expensive to get replicas made of, unless you want to do a one-off (and spend ages wet-and-drying the thing) or make thousands of them.

Besides our Argentinian friends, will these be available anywhere else?

That's a strange place to wear it.

I should imagine there will be plenty hitting the grey market once the film is out and they become common knowledge.

As I think one of the women at the card table with Bond and Tracey said in OHMSS: "Too rich for my blood!"

Hope the like is of help to someone.

Yea, I just saw that - I had exactly the same thought as you, way too exspensive for me. I'm sure someone can knock these out for a few pounds each.

I'd say, that it is more a penny item for a "too rich for my blood" price.
