No word on a U.S. release date, but it is easy and not too expensive to order from Amazon.co.uk.

Also know that the just released UK paperback edition of Hurricane Gold has several B&W preview pages from the graphic novel in the back (along with a extract from By Royal Command). Some of the recent reprints of DOD and BF also have preview pages (different from what's in HG).
