I wasn't paying much attention to the belt he wore, but it's possible it's a PWL (Price Western Leather) product from the UK. I have one of the wider double-thickness gunbelts and they are quite sturdy. They will support an HK USP or Tactical with no problem at all.
These belts are available in a dress-belt width as well. He could have been using one of those for the IWB Vega holster.

Yeah, I'm with Michael, probably a PWL or Horseshoe leather item, they have been used before on Bond films.

The belt DC was wearing was not a "dedicated" gun belt, but probably some kind of $800 "Briggs & Stratton" fashion belt.
