Sony unveils first footage of new Bond film

Sony Pictures Releasing International (SPRI) showed 10 minutes of exclusive footage of Quantum Of Solace to delegates at this year's Cinema Expo.

The sneak peak was prefaced by a brief introduction from Michael G Wilson, co-producer of the James Bond franchise along with Barbara Broccoli, who claimed that the 22nd installment of Bond was "faster, more intense and filled with more fight scenes".

New leading Bond lady, Olga Kurylenko, presented the footage to the crowd saying that shooting the film was "the most incredible experience of my life".

Quantum Of Solace, which opens in the UK on October 31, sees Daniel Craig return to the role for a second time and brings in director Mark Forster (The Kite Runner, Monster's Ball). Judi Dench and Gemma Arterton also star.

I wonder how many mistakes there'll be in it?

When reporting the death of Heath Ledger, they said he played The Joker in Batman Dark Night(sic). They probably think QoS is called Bond 2: The Quantum Menace.

Someone on another board has said that a New Zealand station showed a report about an hour ago featuring footage from the trailer.

Nothing on YouTube at the moment, just the usual rick-rolls and porn videos hiding under the QoS banner.
