Wasn't the Alfani 100% polyester faux suede.

Def doesn't match that fabric detail on the costume card anyhow

Well we know there was 3 custom made shirts in Casino Royale with material Lindy liked so maybe this shirt was also the same

Could the screen used shirt be Alfani while the Costume Card was the original shirt that was replaced at the last minute?

Lindy certainly refers to the shirt as navy blue in the DVD audio commentary.
