Bond on Set Book

Am I correct in saying that there have only been two so far - DAD and Casino Royale?

There appears to be a hard and soft cover DAD version which is throwing me off.

    The Bond on set books by Greg Williams are some of the best looking books on Bond for the last few years. Love or hate Die Another Day, this book is essential, love Casino Royale, you need this book. The QoS version will be just as unmissable - just the shame the Collectors edition has been cancelled :(
