Nice work. I've seen the one from the film, and it really doesn't stand up to much scrutiny! Like most film props, it's amazing what they get away with onscreen!

yes I totaly agree with you .... I saw the one on exhibition and it had a water run and damage on the back and the paint / ink had started to run obviously some one stopped it just in time....

but it did look nice in person however it does not look as Good withough Maud Adams in it... if you know what I mean ....

I think I have did a good job replicating it and a few people are interested in a replica however it is a time consuming and tyring process...

But the unique thing is I did it all by hand which makes it more authentic to the film as it was created in the same way...

however I did consider making the art work up and then getting in printed like a transer onto a few robes and make a few replicas.... but this would take away the authentic original prop apect so to speak so I obten for going in bby hand and I think its paid off.... transfers are usualy of a poor quality anyway ... so I am glad I did'nt go down that route...
