Ok, this ones is for all of you Pink Floyd fans out there:
Wish You Were Here
or
Animals
I don't know Pink Floyd all that well. However, I will choose Wish You Were Here, partly because I do know it (unlike Animals) but also because I think that 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' is a brilliant song.
Next: '(Sittin' On) The Dock Of The Bay' or 'Georgia on My Mind'?
"He’s a man way out there in the blue, riding on a smile and a shoeshine. And when they start not smiling back—that’s an earthquake. and then you get yourself a couple of spots on your hat, and you’re finished. Nobody dast blame this man. A salesman is got to dream, boy. It comes with the territory." Death of a Salesman
oh, master of wines...(I was a restaurant manager for a few years and got to go on various 'expense paid' wine tastings, as the restaurant had an exceptional wine list...fun times! )
Which brings me to
Old world wines
or
New world wines?
She's worth whatever chaos she brings to the table and you know it. ~ Mark Anthony
In a tribute to the great Paul Newman, which do you prefer? Butch Cassidy or The Sting?

I would say no hot water for 24 hours, as I can survive without hot water (even if it means taking cold showers) but I don't think I can survive without power.
For a birthday gift, would you rather receive money or a gift voucher? (Both would be for the same amount.)

But becasue money can be spent on silly things...you know, stuff that doesn't matter...I would go with gift voucher. (more likely to buy something specific...)
to watch Dr No on a tiny black and white TV, fuzzy picture with crap sound
-or-
Casino Royale on a big, good quality LCD 42" TV and surround sound :v

I would have to go with DN. If the choice featured another Bond film (such as YOLT or DAF), I probably would have opted for CR, but I ad :xre DN, and so in this situation, there is no choice.
Would you rather see QOS in the opening week with a loud and obnoxious audience, or would you prefer to waith until next year at the earliest if you can be assured of a well-behaved audience? :v

That's difficult. Both are wonderful, however I'll go for AJB since I spend more time here than on YouTube. (Plus, if I don't say AJB, I might lose my membership. )
Would you rather play the hero or the villain?

Would you rather have the ending of a mystery novel, that you were really looking forward to reading, wrecked or would you rather see the new film with your favourite actor be wrecked by someone's non-stop ringing mobile phone and the audience's continous chatter? :v

The latter, of course, as they are risking their life by being annoying in a dark room full of strangers. The results could prove more entertaining than the film.
Hamsters. I don't care what anybody says; rats should not be kept as pets. :v
If you read a non-fiction book which you absolutely loved but was completely inaccurate, would you rather know the truth or remain ignorant?

Not as funny as you think. ALthough I prefer Taylor, I only prefer her as a younger woman; I don't think she's aged well. Additionally I find Hurley to be quite attractive and a really good actress (or at least good at what she does.) Nonetheless, I will opt for Taylor, based on her what she did when she younger.
Marlon Brando during the 50's (A Streetcar Named Desire, On The Waterfront etc...) or during the 70's (The Godfather, Last Tango in Paris, Apocalypse Now)?

Whenever I think of Hurley, I always remember her early years, when she sported a unibrow(ala Brooke Shields). Hence the laughter.
I'd have to go with latter day Brando, with the demarcation point of Night of the Following Day. He took himself too seriously in his younger days, and One Eyed Jacks and The Appaloosa were really the only things I liked from those times. I really enjoyed that he nutted up in his later years(working on the set wearing no pants, charging huge fees for guest appearances, etc.). He really became the rebel in his later years.

Do you feel isolated from other people by the rise of technology, computers, texting etc?
Or do you love the fact that you don't have to talk to so many people any more?
I feel I talk, or at least communicate with more people with the rise of technology....
...and I don't feel I talk to any less people because if it....
perhaps I should skip this.....anyone else?
I'll take it, Lexi. I'd feel isolated because of technology...

A Pug

A Daschund?

Well, if intimidation means tripping the burglar in the dark, I guess I'd have to go with the Dachshund, as it covers a wider area.

Well, I wouldn't read a nonfiction book unless it was the definitive version of the subject, so I guess that means I'd rather know the truth.

Tough one, as they are both equally great. I'll go with the film, but recommend that anyone who hasn't read the book, do so.
