Up to LALD and it is good. I have only 3 and the rest of LALD to go untill all of Fleming's books are done, excluding TSWLM and short stories.

I am reading them all through in order, one after the other, for the first time. I am currently on Live And Let Die.

Devil May Care - directly after From Russia, With Love. Not a good idea. I had forgotten how tedious and pointless DMC is. Just waiting to get to the relatively enjoyable final quarter of the book.
I am currently reading Moonraker which I am really enjoying.
In the past three weeks I read Role of Honour,Devil May Care ,Win Lose or Die and
License Renewed .
I just picked up Goldeneye and found a copy of Colonel Sun which I am looking forward to.
It's been a Bond month for me as far as my reading material goes.

I'm in about the eleventh or tenth chapter in live and let die 'the Everglades' I believe, and i never thought possible but the book is better the second time around, perhaps because i'm focusing on the details and really reading as oppose to just enjoying the story, which is when flemings beautiful writing really does shine. -{

I just picked up an old Bond movie encyclopaedia by Steve Rubin.I say old because Die Another
Day was the most recent entry. But I picked it up at a local library book sale for the princely sum
of $1.00 so I just couldn't leave it there.
Lots of info and great photos.

just finished my re-read of live and let die and ive noticed that bond resorts to prayer about two or three ties in the book, i wonder what religion he has :v
anyway s I'm going to begin my re-read of moon-raker, looking forward to it, and moving in with fond memories. -{

I am currently reading Goldfinger...and loving it. I am reading them in order and so far Diamonds are forever has been my least favorite...kindof boring for me.

As soon as a copy can come in, I'll be reading DAF. Then TSWLM and FRWL and I'll be done with the Ian Fleming novels. Is Colonel Sun good?

Colonel Sun is excellent - just not quite as good as a Fleming. Put it this way, it's the best of the non-Fleming books.

Icebreaker's good so far, but I wasn't overly impressed with either Licence Renewed or For Special Services - particularly the latter.
