Shawl Collar Cardigan

JCREW has these in stock again. Not spot-on by any means to Craig's but nice! I think the black one Banana Republic offered last year was a really good match, but this is a nice thick cotton one...

Marked down to $89.50 from $128.00! Plus, if you enter PRIVATESALE in the promotion section upon checkout TODAY you'll receive an additional 20% off! Act quickly though, today is the last day for the sale!

Sorry, I forgot the the link:

It's a nice cardigan for the price. They offered the same one last year and I was sorry I didn't pick it up. Second chance!

I am sure the black one in the movie is a Tom Ford but there seems to be less costly alternatives. The trick is going to be getting one with a thin enough material as it appears to be a cashmere blend perhaps with silk. Surprised Banana didn't have anything so thin but it seems like there fall line has a lot of WOOL in it...:(

Yesterday, I bought a very similar Cardigan in ZARA MAN in Spain. It have shawl collar and texture is very very similar. It's made 100% coton. Only the buttons are very differenf, but I'll change it very soon. If anybody is interested I can post pictures of my new cardigan. Of course, it is very cheap :D

    Hey Seamast.

I'm going to Seville in the next few days. Can you tell which Zara shop did you buy it from? I know there are many shops around the city.

    Thanks in advance!

Daniel Craigs QoS Cardigan is definately a Tom Ford as Mantis says, this is confirmed, as is quite a bit of the wardrobe, which is half cool, half problem as TF stuff really aint cheap.

Getting the same suits and ties will be a real problem as the suit fabrics are hard to find (more on this another time) and the ties especially made for the film.

If you all can be patient for a short while, then a vast amount of Quantum wardrobe questions will be answered.

There's a few details to sort through to make sure it's all correct, but fingers crossed we'll be in a much better position than we were with Casino Royale. Trust me it's worth the wait.

Hi chaps. found another good alternative the other day on Marks & Spencer website. Probably more CR than QoS but good value at £35. Have ordered in so will let you all know how it is.

    Mmmmmm.

I am not convinced with this item. I mean DC looks so cool in it, but I fear that it is not a classic and it may date very very quickly.

Baby blue towling shortie suit anyone? ?:)

Zara have the worst website ever! They only ever show things and im not even sure you can purchase direct from it. My missus had loads of aggro with it a while back.

    The shops are good though!

The above one is not great...lacks the "lines" in the body of the other ones...Zara seems to be the closest...hell, even the buttons look good!

I bought that Topman one the other day online.

Will fit me perfectly in XXS and it's the closest I'll get to a fitting shawl cardigan (I'm 5'3, which means it's almost impossible to find normal clothes that fit me without being baggy, let alone Bond clothing).

Dear Mantis, buttons in Zara Cardigan are beautifull, but they are brown and not black.
Then. I'm looking for black buttons to change the original. I'm searching for...:

Yes. I bought one as worn at the end of CR.

And everytime I wear it I feel like a combination of Paul Michael Glaser and my grandfather.:(
