Interest Thread : Bust of Fleming

In preparation for the centenary, I was asked last Fall to assist in producing a bust of Fleming. With most of the fanfare now passed (and no risk of anyone raining on his parade), the original requester has okayed the release of copies. The piece is roughly 8" tall and cast in resin finished to look like bronze (though any color is available).

The idea was not only to capture Fleming at the pinnacle of his success but to create a traditional (that is to say, slightly idealized) piece that would look at home on a mantel or library shelf. I like to think we achieved it!

If anyone is interested in a copy for themselves, please leave a post or PM me. The ultimate cost will depend on the number of buyers but I anticipate something in the realm of US$ 175 plus shipping. Additional images are available.

What a wonderful idea, and it looks well produced. I for one don't mind the double posting at all, and would be grateful for more photos!

I would be interested in a copy, sadly having to put kids through college is really cutting into my cash, so price is a concern. Please, please keep us posted!

This is really something for the true "Flemingist"!

    THANKS!!!!

More pics. That first one does not do the bust justice. Get some good ones up.
