Love / Bedroom Scenes

I'm glad that any love scenes in QOS were about 15 seconds long. I usually find them distracting from the main story and go on so long so as to be embarrassing for all concerened espec the Rog era - hot tub in AVTAK etc prefer Bonds who have no time for love eg Dalton who was to busy with his job.
So in QOS, they had the scene with Gemma Androgen, we got the idea she couldn't resist him, got it over with quickly to the party scene.

Oh I don't know, seeing Daniel Craig's ripped torso and putting it to good use by.....sorry was I talking out loud.... ;%

Although I agree that the love scene in DAD was a bit much...I would have liked to have seen Gemma and Daniels love scene to be longer, but it fits the movie that it wasn't.

I am leaving in about 20 mins i cant wait how long are the loves scenes i don't want to get to embarrassed. ;%

I'm indifferent to the love scenes, but I find it interesting that the producers seem rather unaware of the magnetic sexual appeal of Daniel Craig with women -- female friends who never were interested in Bond flocked to Casino Royale because of him.

It isnt the lack of love scenes or bed room scenes so much as the lack of love full stop. Its a very sorrowful film. I dont want James Bond to become chaste, he's supposed to be a hit with the ladies after all.

No...it's fits the film perfectly...Bond doesn't try to romance her into bed...she is female - and fills a 'want' - but she isn't Vesper...so can't fill his 'need'.

I fully anticipate that Bond #23 will have Craigger in a more 'status quo' Bond mode---probably implying that he uses womanizing as a coping mechanism.

I think "bedroom scene" is a far more accurate term than "love scene" for what happens between Bond and Fields.

They'll probably pick that up in the next film. However, due to this being a sequel, Bond is still trying to get over Vesper.
