yes its true the feed river to the falls can be diverted off to the hydro electric power station to generate electricity at night time
they cant stop it 100% but the can slow it down they have shut off 100% the bridal falls before they are a lot smaller
but behind the water curtain of the main (Niagra falls ) they have coloured lights that they turn on of a night time
so does make u wonder how they got there ,probably more tunnels ,

As far as I know there hasn't been a good snowmobile chase in an action movie yet. There are also a lot of posibilities for a fresh ski chase. Mossad-hired Kurdish gurerrilas are killing Iranian nuclear scientists by planting magnetic bombs on their cars. The Kurds use mototcycles and put the bombs on the target's car. I think this assassination method has great potential in a Bond film. I would also like to see a fight/chase where balance plays a major part. There was a bit of that in the gallery fight in QoS. Imagine a fight where every move influence the footing of more than one other person. If Bond moves towards a villan, the villan must also move towards Bond to get the area they are standing on to remain level. One can also move away from the oponent or jump to another surface. It's hard to explain, but in my head it looks like a great scene

ive been in those tunnels they are called utila - doors they are not that amazing they are just a series of underground corridors/store rooms that join main street with all the different areas of Disney Orlando they are very similar to the ones under Buck house

we have the world famous Chislehurst caves near us ,they are a series of hand cut chalk tunnels carved out by the Romans
druids ect they was used in WW2 as air raid shelters and they also filmed DR Who in them, they go for miles I used to play in them as a kid when the lights go out it is vey very very dark ,a full size elephant could be 1 inch from your nose and you wouldn't see it
I think there is also a maze of tunnels under Liverpool ? I might be totally wrong But

19 century, but it fell through and wasn't finished ? something like that

As I've got them built up in my imagination.
