Remember, Timothy Dalton is my #1 favorite Bond actor! and I'm a big fan of Timothy Dalton!!! :007) And I was born in the Timothy Dalton era! {[] :007)
Let's see...
Heathcliff
Neville Sinclair
Boris Pochenko
Julius Caesar
Allan Pinkerton
Damien Drake
Amphitryon
Simon Skinner
Bancroft from HAWKS!
I've seen HOT FUZZ and it was his second time to play a villain since The Rocketeer. Hot Fuzz will probably be his last film.

The character was I think called Eddie Voyle, and I agree it was a superb role. Dalton was charasmatic and evil all at once.
A good "what if," ...transplant the 80's Dalton to the present time, making available to him all the innovations in acting and film-making that's taken place up to today (hopefully enough to temper his stage training, which really showed in his Bond portrayal), and if he were inclined to undergo the same physical rigors as Craig, I wonder how he'd fair?

I'm serious, I'm not kidding!
Watch it now before is taken down!
btw, anyone here saw Toy Story 3? Dalton was in that movie, portraying the voice of Mr. Pricklepants.
The Rocketeer
Cleopatra (1999 tv movie for ABC, were he played Julius Cesar)
Time Share (TV movie that is somewhat corny, but still enjoy bile.)
Hot Fuzz
Also he voices Mr. Pricklepants in the video game based on Toy Story 3, makes me wonder how he would do in a game based on The Living Daylights or an original story based game similar to Everything or Nothing, or Bloodstone.
PS: Also he was a Time Lord in one of the Doctor Who specials, with David Tennent's Dr.

He was indeed trememdous in The End of Time. A perfect villain for David Tennants swansong.

I think he'd have been excellent as Bond in CR...if they could have caught him in his thirties. He really was ahead of his time B-)
"I am not an entrant in the Shakespeare Stakes." - Ian Fleming
"Screw 'em." - Daniel Craig, The Best James Bond EverTM

But might I suggest too, daltons Prince Rupert in Cromwell?....
Rupert, King Charles senior general and in charge of the cavalry at Naseby, was impetuous and stupid - dalton plays the role to the hilt .. Literally .
Surrounded by giants like Richard harris Alec guineas and Robert morley, dalton looks the part.
The film also includes bondies like charles gray.
"they must be mad...."

Well they don't make films like they used too - I bet they had fun shooting that - and not a computer generated image in sight
*sigh* the dark and brooding Dalton - he was way better than Colin Firth's Mr Darcy )
although not quite a good as Matthew McFaddens version :x
Rain Scene
thought you'd like that Lexi...
Btw my misses thinks Toby stephens was the most authentic acting of austens character, but the worst hair do...
But what do I know?
......really?
Mmmm, I'm afraid I don't agree with her - his stint (I can only call it that ) ) in DAD killed him as a serious actor for me - although he was excellent in Vexed - if your wife hasn't seen it (it's a BBC 2 comedy) then she might well like it.
However, be warned, not a pair of jodhpurs in sight )
My favourites though is The Rocketeer .... Physically he was at his prime, he is very funny and he was a villain !! Whats not to love :x
You have no idea how many female friends fo mine vote Philip II as their favorite Dalton role (even more than Jane Eyre). Every member of the TLIW cast really holds their own against O'Toole and Hepburn (except for Jane Merrow, who's better in other 60's spy shows of the period). TLIW was Anthony Hopkins and Dalton's film debut.
I'd also like to volunteer the role he played in Werewolf Concerto, an episode in some 80s horror TV series whose name I can't remember.
Random trivia fact: Philip II in the original stage production was played by Christopher Walken!
Roger Moore 1927-2017
That will be 'Tales from The Crypt' .. Loved that show
I've been trying to find video of that episode - anyone know where it can be viewed?
