Thunderball Miniatures Game - Goblintooth

Hello Everyone:
To make a long story short, I have been searching in vain for a copy (photo, .pdf, manuscript) of the out-of-print miniatures game THUNDERBALL, printed by equally OOP, Goblintooth Games.
The game was first printed in the late 90's and may have remained in print through 2003-2004. Goblintooth even had a line of cast metal divers, sharks, and who knows what else as playing pieces.
I am interested only in the rules, as I have a load of plastic divers in orange and dark blue, and with the addition of a bomb-carrying sea sled, constructed of two pocket calculator halves and a plastic tooth brush container, am ready to try and bring this to my local wargame club, but alas, no rules.
I thought I was on to a copy a couple of weeks ago, but alas, the person who indicated he had the rules, never sent them.
Can anyone out there help me, PLEASE.
