...always stay so emotionally turned off, i know hes a fictional character and all but after losing Vesper,Mathis and Fields (and alot more) not to mention hes an assasin, i think that would take a huge toll on him that he would atleast shed a tear.

It's emotional compartmentalism. I'm sure someone on here with sufficient military training will explain it better, but basically, it's one of the reasons why Double-Os (or their real life 'equivalents') would have such a short shelf life. It's not just the fact that they get killed; it's the mental strain.
