Ultimate Edition DVD chapter information

Would anyone in here with the Ultimate Edition DVD collection be willing to extract the chapter points information for me for each movie? All I want are the chapter points, which (with the right software) can be extracted very quickly and easily.

Just curious, what are chapter points?
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope

I too am wondering what "chapter points" are.

    Are they the menus?

I'm not sure - I've removed it just incase it isn't allowed.

It's just a list of the frame numbers in the main feature video where the chapters are inserted. That's all, nothing more complicated than that. Every time you press the >> or << button the DVD player refers to the disc to see which frame number it should jump to. It gets this information from the IFO file of the main video VOBs where the chapter points are stored.

The information is stored within the file on the DVD called most likely "VTS_01_0.ifo" assuming of course the main feature is VTS (video title set) 01. That file will only be very small. Typically only 100KB or less. Ideally I'd love to be able to get the IFO files for the main feature of all the Ultimate Collection DVDs (PAL version only). NTSC will be different to PAL because of the slightly different frame rates. I'm only interested in the PAL disc chapter points for each movie.

Here's the program required to extract the chapter point information from the IFO file on the DVD.
