Bond VW relationship

As anyone else noticed how VW's ( usually a camper of a beetle) appear in Bond films, usually before some enemy action against Bond. I have'nt documented it, but just an observation. I noticed it in FRWL, also the Spy who Loved Me, but others too. Seem to remember theres one in one of the Craig films, but might be wrong. Interested if anyone has picked this up. if not, keep an eye out when you are next watching one of the films.
