After foraying into the world of Vesper martini, I've found it all more confusing than I expected
But one thing I've discovered a real taste for, is extra dry vermouth. I purchased a bottle of 'Martini Extra Dry', with a view to using it towards martini cocktails, but the drink on its own is, I think, pretty nice! Is it seen simply as an ingredient to a cocktail, or a drink in its own right?
