Most Bond-Related Non-Bond Film

Here's a little challenge for you;
Which non-Bond film has the most Bond-related things associated with it?
Here's my first suggestion:

The Avengers (1998).
-Starring Sean Connery (first Bond).
-Original 'Avengers' Patrick Mcnee, Diana Rigg and Johanna Lumley (star in, AVTAK, OHMSS).
[Macnee also voices a character in the film.]
-Grace Jones provides vocals for music on the soundtrack (stars in AVTAK).
-Michael and Neil Lamont work as art directors (both having worked on Bond films, GE-CR).
-Vic Armstrong works as second unit stunt director (he has worked on Bond film, TND-DAD).
-Filmed at Pinewood Studios (as have countless Bond films).

What can other people come up with?

i think johnny english is the most close to the bone film.

I'd say that Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968) would be the one to beat. Ian Fleming, Cubby Broccoli, Roald Dahl and Gert Frobe are the most obvious names, but large chunks of the Bond crew (Ken Adam, Peter Lamont, Vic Armstrong... the list goes on) worked on that film.
