- The guy who got caught in the snow-blower.
AVTAK
- The KGB agent thrown into the propeller in 'Zorin's' hide out. Ouch!
TLD
- Saunders' death had to bite. A glass automatic door just slams into the guy!
LTK
- Krest being blown up in a decompression chamber. Feeling all that pressure building up, screaming when nobody can hear you and then feeling your entire head bubble up before it explodes. Yuck.

Helga/Hans eaten by pirranha in YOLT
Mr. Kidd burned alive in DAF
Audience killed by nausea in Moonraker
The bloodied remains are then eaten by sharks."
@merseytart
Thats got to be pretty bad, seeing the ground rush up,and no way to stop your self.
"It's not difficult to get a double 0 number if your prepared to kill people"
He probably would care Dan, after all he did have an over inflated opinion of himself :007)
"Better make that two."
Honorable mention would probably go to Alec Trevaylian, who gets dropped several stories onto a hard cement surface, probably breaking every bone in his body, only to survive and have a flaming satellite dish drop on top of him.
Necros had a similar death. Minus being sucked out of a hole two times smaller than his own body size I wonder if Necros held onto the boot all thee way down? I guess we'll never know.
TSWLM - Stromberg's assitant and the shark bite - that's got to hurt!!
Goldfinger - Solo in the car crusher - yes we all know he wasn't actually in the car, but you just have to use your imagination.
Live & Let Die - 1973
Well, since maggots have no interest in living tissue*, it would merely have been an uncomfortable and disgusting experience for that particular henchman...unless he died of suffocation---or a heart attack :v
* Especially obviously fake rubber 'maggots', which look much more like the rubber hooktail worms used with fishing lures. It's like Eon wasn't even trying here...

DAD - Graves Sucked out of the window of the plane and into the plane engines
LTK - Sanchez Set of fire
I didn't like sharks. And I still don't today.
Aw, shucks ;%

I always think that the maggots/worms what ever they were looked like over-cooked pasta shells. I think whoever came up with the effects should have been given the same fate as the guard...

Actually he's still in the passenger seat, it's an editing boob, the negative/image was reversed.
In 'Octopussy', I hate it when Roger Moore shoots the startled Russian soldier smack-bang in the forehead as soon as the Russian has opened up the back of the truck, seen Bond and tried to ready his machine gun... Okay, this Russian had the misfortune of being under the command of the crazy General Orlov, but, after all, the poor guy was just a professional soldier who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also feel sorry for the two Italian policemen who go over a cliff with their vehicle in the pre-credits sequence to QOS - they were just a pair of (presumably) honest officers who got caught in the crossfire - and I hate not knowing whether the anonymous woman bystander who cops a bullet in QOS was fatally injured.
I'm with you Shady Tree. - The worst "bumping offs" are the slow long drawn out ones. Those that get choped shot or eatten are horrible, but death would be relatively quick. - I would even add Dominic "Lieutenant" Green to the list here evne though QOS drove me up the wall. - The fact he drunk the oil means he must have been in torment from thirst. Only to be shot! In fact, M telling us this after the fact adds to the horror. (I have a good imagination.)
I always found the expression on his face pretty funny though.
I also find it funny the way the geezer on Kristatos's ship that opens the cabin door gets immediately thumped overboard. The way it's edited and the noise he makes is really funny.
