This is a great start, my own idea would to have Bond questioning Mr White with a projector behind him showing slides of vesper etc ( helping those who hadn't seen Casino Royale to follow the story ) as the slides stop leaving Bond against a white screen, Mr white useing a hidden gun tries to kill him, but as expected Bond shots him.
Mr Whites body slumps over the projector and his blood drips down its lens, showing Bond gun drawn against the screen with the projected blood cascading down. The camer could then zoom into the now red screen for the opening titles.
I think this could of worked as a sudo gunbarrel sceen

The car chase at the beginning was perfect, why mess? ?:)
Ive had a go at this myself (car chase is there - well a few seconds of it but you get the idea)
The gunbarrel is my own creation, it is similar in style to the barrel at the end of the film only I more traditional and detailed =D
