The Bourne director is visiting Goldsmiths university, which my brother attends. I'll be in the area too, and I can't pass up this opportunity to grill the ******* on his 'views' regarding Bond...

Anything you'd be interested for me to ask him? Regarding Bond, Bourne, the comparisons etc? :007)

You might ask him why he considers it necessary to continually diss Bond. Is it sour grapes because the Bond movies take more money at the box office?

You might also ask him to have the courtesy to admit that without Bond there would be no Bourne.

    Enjoy your evening.

Try asking him why he can't seem to hire a cameraman who knows how to keep the camera from shaking!

Ask him what it was like working with the ultimate action hero. When he starts talking about Matt Damon, you go, "No dumbass, I'm talking about David Rasche."

For anybody who doesn't remember the 80's Rasche played the title role in the Dirty Harry p***-take Sledge Hammer. Greengrass cast him in United 93.

Ask him if he has read You Only Live Twice and isn't Bourne based around its ending?

Was he influenced by Dangerman when making the Bourne films, I am sure some there's some similar scenes and comparisons with the later eposides.

Ask if he was surprised to be in the frame for the second Bourne film; after all, his CV didn't seem to match that at the time, with the grim N Ireland film Bloody Sunday. How did it come about?

And how he filmed those scenes at Waterloo station in Bourne 3 - when was it, in the dead of night? Was it hard to get permission? Or was the whole set built, like the Guggenheim in The International, currently out?
