I don't know about you but I kind of prefer You Only Live Twice over From Russia with Love. Because YOLT actually put the Bond theme in it's proper place during an action scene where as FRWL played the Bond theme when James was checking into a hotel.
"I admire your courage, Miss?..." "Trench, Sylvia Trench."

"I admire your luck, Mister?..." "Bond, James Bond."

Well, to each his own, but I find it hard to believe anyone would prefer the make-it-up-as-we-go-along sci-fi silliness of YOLT to the masterfully plotted and suspenseful FRWL simply because of how it uses a two-minute bit of music!

Ha Ha, the good old days when U didn't need a reason for the theme

Just To Hear It In Another Film Would Be Nice.
But Seriously FRWL Is One Of The Greats Where As YOLT Although A Great Cinematic Spectacular, Has No Real Human Intrest. Unlike The Best Of The Series Like,OHMSS,CR. Which Have Plenty Of Action Pieces But You Do Care What Happens To The Characters.

To me FRWL is an Ian Fleming espionage story. Suspense, action, adventure, and uses Barry's own James Bond theme (007), wich I prefer, for the action as opposed to the signature tune.

YOLT is a Roald Dahl children's story, with James Bond.

FRWL is the greatest Bond film in my opinion, others may disagree but it is the perfect amalgum of Bond elements; not too much action and plenty of plot (making it an odd choice to be adapted into a game, fundly enough).
YOLT is also enjoyable but not is not on the same level as FRWL in terms of story or general "sexiness".

I've only seen YOLT but I can already tell I wouldn't like FRWL as much. YOLT was actually a pretty good action movie despite its age, and I'm thinking that FRWL is more of a drama like early movies.
