I was browsing on youtube just now, and came across this. The whole episode of the 1954 television adaptation starting Barry Nelson as "Jimmy" Bond, a "Combined Intelligence" agent sent to bankrupt Le Chiffre - SMERSH operative in a high stakes game of baccarat.

This is also available on the first edition DVD (The one with the orange back round) of the 1967 spoof of Casino Royale. Check around online and you can find a copy for real cheap now that it is out of print.
