    May I also pass on my congratulations to you and your (upcoming) extended family.

    Couldn't find any Bond related birthdays prior/subsequent to the date except Samantha Bond (oh the irony) born on the 27th November.

    Opa Chas? I'll have a guess at Grandpa Charles but I'm probably miles off. I cheated but couldn't find anything on google.

    :) Thanks to you both, but I see I wasn't clear! No new arrivals expected (to my knowledge, anyway)- it was my daughter's birthday a couple of days ago, and it will be my granddaughter's 6th birthday in a couple of days. I couldn't be in Berlin where they stay for both occasions so was over for a joint celebration at the weekend.
