Tonight I'm doing a recipe recommended in a mag. Smoked mackeral cut up, in balsmati (sp?) rice with chopped onion and chopped garlic cloves, with kale or cabbage or greens on the side.

    Christmas Eve at the Loeffelholz's...

Right now, I'm on my second Vesper B-) I'm snacking on smoked almonds...

Tonight it's fried shrimp with cocktail sauce, and Mrs. Loeffelholz' secret recipe meatballs in sauce...suffice to say the sauce contains both chili sauce and grape jelly... :)

The merriest of Christmases to all who celebrate it---may all the joy of the holiday season fill your homes and your hearts.

    Cheers,

    - L.

One of my favourites tonight: homemade pizza :) The Loeff boys are boring---sausage only. My wife and I tend to put everything on ours, except for fish and olives ;)

Fantastic. Anything to keep the oven going when its below zero outside...

    So, what was for dinner?

For me, just boring old Panda Express. No, I didn't eat panda bear for dinner. Panda Express is a Americanized Chinese Cuisine. Had some Orange Chicken, Mandarin Chicken, BBQ Pork and Steamed Rice. But I do wonder what Panda would taste like. Hmmmmmmm
