Saddened to hear about the death of Warren Clarke.
Brilliant actor who could easily change from comedy
To drama, and be equally as good. Once described as
Having a face that looked lived in. :D he'll be greatly
Missed. I always enjoyed his performances.
    RIP Warren Clarke.

Carol Ann Susi ( Mrs Wallowitz, in The Big Bang Theory ) has died after
A brief battle with cancer. Sad news, this is one of my favourite shows and
Her character was so funny. She was only 62.
    RIP Carol Ann Susi.

Bummer. I loved him in the detective series set in Tyneside. The title is escaping me, but it was similar to Inspector Morse or A Touch of Frost. He always called his young apprentice "Sunshine" -- soonshine to my American ears. Hah, just remembered it -- Dalziel and Pascoe.

Nichols was a great director--his talent will be missed, but he left a fine legacy.

I used to play Cricket back in Secondary School, and if the Ball is hit hard enough then it can be rather lethal.

Having played cricket to a fairly high standard a few years back, I am in shock at the passing of Phil Hughes. My thoughts are with his family, friends & colleagues ... and the poor bowler Sean Abbott of course. I truly hope that the whole cricket (& sporting) world gets behind him fully.

How sad. . .I've read a couple of her Dalgliesh books and I've enjoyed them. But what a long, great career over a long, great life!

    Here is the story:

around 2 weeks ago, 2 16-yo girls have been harrassed by some blokes around the bathrooms in an Offenbach McDonalds restaurant.

Tucge (22yo) took the initiative and helped the girls.
One of the guys (18yo, boxer with a long police record for violence) went terribly mad, the video shows him freaking out (pink shirt) and his friend trying to hold him back later on the parking lot.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3Bpv38pWeE

He hits Tucge on the head, she falls and she falls into coma.
Last week, the doctors declared her dead and last friday, her 23rd birthday the family decided to stop the machines.

Her organs have been donated as she carried a donation pass.

RIP Tugce and thank you for standing up! You have my respect!

Very sad news that a young woman with her whole life ahead of her could die in this callous way. Sadly we live in an all too violent world where human life is cheap. Depressing. :#

Bobby Keys, saxophonist who played with The Rolling Stones has died aged 70 after a long illness. I've always loved Can You Hear me Knocking on Let it Bleed and his contribution is immense in this song...RIP

Amen. Remarkably, he was born on the same day (18 December 1943) as Keith Richards, who has described him as his "largest mate". One of the great sidemen in rock history. {[]
