    My thoughts exactly on hearing the news. If anything good is to come out of it at least changes will be ushered in to ensure no one person is left in charge of a plane like this again. Thoughts are with those on board and their bereaved families and friends. Also, I keep thinking of the sheer terror the pilot must have felt hammering at that cockpit door in vain and that of the passengers when they found out what was going on. :#

    Really saddened to hear this. Sir Robert was an unsung hero of the Bond films-I can't imagine Largo without that wonderful voice! I was able to meet Sir Robert about 2 years ago and thank him for his contribution, so really glad I got the opportunity. Just last night I was watching Ten Little Indians where he dubbed 4 of the actors! RIP Sir Robert.

    Just read on the news rio Ferdinand's wife has died after a short battle with breast cancer.

    I'm not a football fan by any chance of the imagination, but there again I don't think anyone needs to be to appreciate how tragic a loss any death is, but especially when she was just 34 and leaves behind 3 young kids.

    A very sad situation, my heart goes out to them all.
