A question

In one of the old versions of Bond, there was a scene:
Somebody is following Bond and instead of hiding Bond goes to a quiet and secluded place and pretends like kissing a woman. The men chasing him looks from behind, and they see a scene like a man kissing woman. They cannot understand that he is Bond.
Does anybody remember which movie was it?

Thanks a lot for your help.

It's the Sean Connery Bond film Diamonds are Forever, from 1971.

It's when he's in Amsterdam, and he's tailing drug smuggler Peter Franks who has escaped from jail and about to meet Tiffany Case in her apartment. There later ensues a massive fight in a creaky elevator between Bond and Franks.

I don't think it's Bond being followed, he is just trying to be inconspicuous by playing the old schoolkid trick of having his back to you and his own arms fondling himself.
