    I like Elle Bond and Ronrico Bond a lot, though I think Brando Bond might be the best of the six.

    Don Smollen had some got ideas here, it's to bad that the final posters for Licence to Kill were pretty poor compared to the great posters from 1960's and 70's. Of course the film had so many negative factors going for it already it would take more than better marketing to save it.

    Well there was also the issue of box office competition. All the posters in that article were brilliant. The second one from the left at least showed a lighter side to Dalton's Bond- perhaps not the best conceptually. Its not that he never raises a smile in the films. I sensed there was desperation to make Bond too naturalistic and too gritty, which is why I think The Living Daylights is a better film.
