Did anyone hear / read / google what eva about this?
I picked it up on another JB site (sorry guys.....)
Peter Morgan was the guy who adapted Frost/Nixon and wrote The Queen
A couple of pretty top notch wordy movies there
Sounds like a fairly good option, if true.
What I want to know is, why are P & W in the mix again. Is it coz they are english and have a sort of "knowledge" (FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH....) of James Bond?
Dunno
Beats me.
Explain or enhance somebody

Yeah, chris, we're already looking at the issue here:

As for P&W... X-( In all seriousness, I simply think Eon enjoy working with known quantities...clearly, P&W are team players who don't cry 'foul' and get all pouty when polishers come in and fix their first draft. And truth be told, Maibaum was their 'go to' guy for decades. Stability is a big thing for them.

So in that regard, good for P&W ...but personally, I think Eon should expand their horizons. And no doubt they will...when I'm dead :# :D :))

Peter Morgan, I predict, will prove to be a very canny and sound choice for Fixer.

I'm just glad to hear that the wheels have begun to grind forward B-)

Since the topic is being discussed--appropriately, in the QoS/Bond 23 forum--this one is now closed. Carry on.
