List your rankings of the best to worst villains in the Roger Moore Era (Live and Let Die to A view to a Kill). This is only for MAIN villains, no henchmen In my opinion:
1. Max Zorin- the movie itself was pretty crappy, but the villain was very colourful, smart, evil, ahead of his time, and laughs while machine gunning his own workers. Can't get much better than that.
2. Francisco Scaramanga- pretty nifty with his golden gun.
3. Karl Stromberg- Evil plan to start an empire under the sea.
4. Hugo Drax- exact copy of Karl, but in space, so kinda bores me.
5. Kamal Khan
6. Aristotle Kristatos- no interest in seeing Bond taking on drug dealers
7. Dr. Kananga- I slept through the whole movie. It was boring, tasteless, and barbaric. His death was pretty poorly made, too.

Comments
2. Kananga - Yaphet Kotto was fantastic, hard to believe RM would survive a fight with him.
3. Max Zorin - Christopher Walken need I say moore?
4. Aristotle Kristatos - Works for me not a megalomaniac, just a man looking to make some $$$$$$$$
5. Hugo Drax - 5 and 6 are basically the same villain, Michael Lonsdale does it better.
6. Karl Stromberg
7. Kamal Khan
1)Karl Stromberg- an elegant and tasteful villain who enjoys his food, loves his fish (including a killer shark) and wants to create an underwater empire. IMO the greatest of the Moore villains, he was IMO among the greatest villains of all time, not just in Bond, but in cinema in general.
2)Kananga- I can't choose between Kananga and Scaramanga so I'm ranking them equal second. Kananga is only listed first as he appeared in an earlier film. I love Kananga. A wonderful villain from a film filled to the brim with wonderful villains, he was charming yet enormously brutal, a wonderful host who also employs creative techniques to extract from his guest what he needs (whether it be information or the guest's life) and was superbly played by Yaphet Kotto. He truly was an awesome villain.
2)Francisco Scaramanga- Christopher Lee. As a Bond-like assassin. Enough said.
3)Hugo Drax- A great villain, no doubt, but as Krassno said, he and Stromberg are essentially the same villain, and I think that Stromberg was better.
4)Max Zorin- there are only two reasons I like AVTAK; one is something that only JFF knows and the other is Zorin. As Krassno said, "Christopher Walken need I say more?"
5)Kamal Khan- A very good villain with some terrific dialogue, but not as memorable as other Moore villains.
6)Aristotle Kristatos- Not a bad villain by any means, he was actually very good and was IMO alot better than Whitaker, at least two Brosnan villains and both Craig villains, but someone has to be last. I like FYEO alot however Kristatos simply doesn't impress me as much as the other Moore villains, hence his bottom ranking.
1) Francicso Scaramanga - Come on, it's Christopher Lee!
2) Max Zorin - Walken played a great villain, tis a shame he had to have been in one of the worst Moore films.
3) Dr. Kananga/Mr. Big - Yaphet Kotto is a great villain, one minute he can be the mad-as-hell Mr. Big, and the next, his calm and collected normal self.
4) General Orlov - I can't believe no one has had Orlov on their list yet! He is undoubtedly a main villain! Orlov is a WAY better villain than Khan and I was ashamed that he was killed off when he was.
5) Hugo Drax - As someone has said before, Stromberg and Drax were basically the same villain, and I agree, Lonsdale is better.
6) Aristotle Kristatos - While Julian Glover was a much better villain in Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade, he is a decent villain here.
7) Karl Stromberg - Jurgens was rather bland for my liking.
8) Kamal Khan - Not memorable at all! I much rather liked Gobinda onscreen than Khan! Although not the worst Bond Villain ever (Carver anyone?) he certain is one of the worst.
2 - Francisco Scaramanga - Christopher Lee naturally has to rank high.
3 - Kamal Khan - I liked him. He had a villain's charm and was sly.
4 - Dr Kananga - OK to average villain. Nothing special but decent enough.
5 - Aris Kristatos - What I liked about him was that he was realistic. Not very memorable though.
6 - Hugo Drax - Film was mostly poor, but no doubt that Drax was incredibly evil.
7 - Karl Stromberg - Not a bad villain by all means, but I just didn't find anything that stood out with him.
