QoS was a bit of a disappointment for me, but I must admit, I really like Mathieu Amalric's outfits. Stylish, not tacky, and not too fancy. The only problem is, I cannot begin to think of where to find them. So far, I have managed to find his Haiti shirt, or at least something very similar, at http://www.johnstonmurphy.com/product.aspx?c=1060&pid=63712, but beyond that, I could use some help.

I know Tom Ford handled DC's clothes, but does anyone know who made Amalric's? And are his outfits available? If not, does anyone know where I can find some good alternatives to these two outfits?

Edit: I found this character poster for the film that I had not seen before. As with the other outfits, I really like Greene's suit. Anyone know where I could find this?

I really like the suit as well. I have a copy of it. Sadly, the company that made them is no longer making that color suit. Sorry but I'm not at liberty to post who the company is, but I have tried relentlessly to get them to reissue the so to no avail.

Also, the pocket square is from Tom Ford.

I'm also a big fan of Amalric's clothes in QoS. I have tried to put together all of his outfits, and i the Johnston/Murphy shirt is as close as it gets. It's 100% identical to the seersucker shirt he wears in Port Au Prince. Light Khaki slacks are easy to get, and so is a pair of penny loafers.

I bought the Cutler and Cross sunglasses too, as i was so lucky to get them during a sale in a small shop in Copenhagen.

As an alternative for his suit, i've got myself a H&M suit, for a mere £65. It's mid gray, with narrow fit and is of EXCELLENT quality, when thinking of the price. When you have to go on a budget, i cannot recommend this suit too much. I haven't got his gray/lavender coloured shirt yet, but i have noticed you can get a shirt custom made from Brooks Brothers website, for about 90 pounds, i think. I only need to get a handkerchief which looks like the one Amalric is wearing in his pocket, and a pair of dress shoes, which i have yet to identify as black or brown.

As for the Eco Hotel scene, there could be many shirts which could look like the dark brown shirt with the white pattern, but i bought a Martin Margiela shirt on a sale, for £80. I have yet to get one that looks more like it, so if anyone finds out where it's from, it would be deeply appreciated.

I realize this is many, many years later, but I am a huge fan of Amalric's wardrobe in this movie. I've got some stand ins for the Haiti and party outfits, but can anyone help me track down a lookalike for the eco hotel shirt?
