American's Just Cannot Keep Secrets!

I'm an American, working on the margins of the intelligence/homland security bureaucracy. Recently there was a news article on the former U.S. Attorney General - Alberto Gonezales - and his reflections on things he'd have done differently.
So I posted the following to my Facebook.com pals:
"An addendum to Gone-zales' inability to keep our nation's secrets secured: refer again to this report --> http://www.usdoj.gov/oig/special/s0809/index.htm
Back in the late 1990's then CIA Director John Deutsch got in trouble for ...a similar screw-up by taking very highly classified documents home from CIA and working on them on his unsecured home computer. During that time, his wife and daughter used his computer. What's most disturbing is that Deutsch had a foreign 'nanny' working in his house at the time, often unattended. Here is that report --> http://www.fas.org/irp/cia/product/ig_deutch.html in particular see paragraph #88 of the report.
Last but least, remember former National Security Advisor Samuel 'Sandy' Berger got caught at the National Archives stuffing classified documents down his pants? This should refresh your memory ---> http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2006/images/12/21/berger.document.pdf.
They all got slapped on the wrist, in Russia they'd be shot."
