ian flemming cameo in FRWL?

i have heard that ian fleming himself made a little cameo in FRWL, when bond borded the orient express. after watching the movie several times i must confess, that i have never seen him at all.

does anyone no when hes on camera? or have a screen shot of the before mentioned scene?

I have seen pictures of Fleming on set with Sean Connery and Robert Shaw, both dressed for the train sequence, so it's entirely possible. I've not heard of this before, but I will keep a look out when I watch it next.

This rumor has been around along time. Many swear they see a shadowed Ian Fleming on the train station platform in the movie. However, there has been no credible reports Fleming stayed around for filming. Indeed, the publicity photos makes it possible it occured but you think someone would have made a big deal about this in a book or video commentary. It is a shame no one apparently thought of allowing Fleming to do a cameo. Leslie Chartris finally got his due in an episode (The Saint and The Brave Goose) of "Return of the Saint." He strolls behind Ian Olgivy on a pier.

Don't know if its thru, but it looks like that the man in the screenshot is wearing te same clothes as the Master in the behind the photo's.

talking about a conspiracy theory, to note its around 1.16 in the movie, hes supposedly wearing a whitre shirt and grey pants, holding a cane, anyways i was planning on buying it on bluray, so ill check. thanks 007storm.

and to add in the screen shot hes wearing a short sleeved shirt B-) which increases the chances of it being him.

Well, what about the cameo in Dr No when the gent appears and asks Bond the way to the library in the final reel? It's obviously Fleming!
